Government Polytechnic, Mirzapur is a premier technical institute established in 1964 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and affiliated to the Board of Technical Education (BTE), Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. All diploma programs offered by the institute are conducted as per the curriculum and academic regulations prescribed by the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh.
